Caryn Melton

I implement PR tactics and provided counsel to organizations primarily in  manufacturing, AEC, and industrial automation. I have worked directly for companies, at advertising/PR agencies, and as an independent contractor. My work focuses on implementing media relations with trade and mainstream media through pitching ideas that would pique their audiences' interest. This includes researching and writing industry-focused byline articles and application case studies.

While I have extensive experience in media relations, I also develop and implement other marketing communications tactics to meet clients' objectives. These include writing industry award nominations, creating advertising plans, writing presentation abstracts, white paper research and writing, sponsorship programs, and community relations events, for example.
